Mall at Bay Plaza offers complimentary wireless internet to our shoppers. Any shopper with a Wi-Fi enabled smartphone, tablet or laptop can easily log onto the Wi-Fi network. All shoppers have to do is open their web browser and find our network from the available list of wireless networks to get onto the Mall at Bay Plaza landing page. All shoppers that choose to use the Wi-Fi network at this mall must agree to Mall at Bay Plaza Terms & Conditions of Use prior to using this free service.

Wheelchairs are available at the Guest Services counter on a first-come, first-service basis. Wheelchairs are complimentary for use. A valid form of picture identification is required to borrow a wheelchair.

Lost and found services are available at Mall at Bay Plaza Guest Services on the first level. Associates maintain a log, for 30 days, of items found in the mall’s public places and stores. Individual stores may also maintain independent Lost and Found and you should inquire therein.

The Mall at Bay Plaza offers guests 1,800 parking lot spaces at affordable rate of $3.00 ALL day. Handicapped spaces are available. The goal of the Mall at Bay Plaza Security Department is to maintain a safe and pleasant shopping environment for our visitors and tenants. Our Security team is working for you year round with vehicle patrols in the parking lot, year round foot patrols throughout the mall, assisting in locating lost vehicles, assisting in locating lost loved ones, escort visitors and tenants upon request.
