What is teppanyaki?
The term "teppan" refers to a flat iron griddle used for grilling and preparing food. When coupled with the phrase "yaki," which means "grilled”, "teppanyaki" is born.
Teppanyaki is a novel cooking method invented by the Japanese and influenced by Western steakhouses as a way for diners to have a more engaging dining experience. Here at Teppanyaki Japanese Grill, we strive to serve all our customers fresh, healthy, yet delicious food at reasonable prices.
