Mall at Bay Plaza lands another tenant as opening nears

Prestige Properties and Development has signed cosmetics chain Ulta Beauty to an 11,400-square-foot space at the Mall at Bay Plaza in the Bronx.

Construction, which kicked off in 2012, is still underway at the780,000-square-foot mall. Tenants include Macy’s, American Eagle, Michael Kors and Victoria’s Secret. Ulta Beauty is expected to open when the mall is slated to open, on Aug. 14. The 10-year lease is Ulta’s first in the borough.

Sabre Real Estate Group Doug Bomzer and Jayson Siano represented the tenant in the deal. Welco Realty’s Jerry Welkis represented Prestige.
